Recipe of Tamarind Chutney(cooked)

Formula of Tamarind Chutney(cooked)




Fixings: 

1 glass cleaned tamarind

1/2 glass dates deseeded

1/4 glass sugar

2 glasses water

1/2 tsp.

red bean stew powder

1/2 squashed cumin seeds

1 tsp. salt

3/4 glass jaggery

Technique: 


  • Wash the tamarind clean.
  • Place the tamarind, jaggery, sugar, dates and water in a profound bubbling skillet. 
  • Douse for a couple of minutes. 
  • Put to bubble for around 7-8 minutes. 
  • Cool to room temperature. 
  • Mix in an electric blender till smooth. 
  • Strain and exchange to the skillet once more. 
  • Bubble till sufficiently thick to coat the back of a spoon daintily. 
  • Include the flavoring. Cool once more. 
  • Store in clean water/air proof containers and refrigerate.
