Recipe of Healthy Gram Chaat

Formula of Healthy Gram Chaat



Fixings: 

1/2 container simmered bengal gram or chick peas

1 container grew green gram

1 tomato hacked

1 onion hacked

1 tsp. coriander leaves finely hacked

1 green stew finely slashed

1/2 tsp. ginger ground

Salt to taste

Lemon juice to taste

Strategy: 


  • Bubble grows in water till delicate yet not spongy. 
  • Deplete and chill well. 
  • Include all fixings, and hurl well. 
  • Include a couple squeezes chaat masala if sought. 
  • Serve frosty with tea or espresso.
