Recipe of Breakfast Mexi Peppers

Formula of Breakfast Mexi Peppers 

Fixings 

4 ozs Pork and Beef Chorizo
4 ozs Ground Beef (80% Lean/20% Fat)
1/2 container hacked Onions
1/4 container destroyed Cheddar Cheese
3 larges Egg (Whole)
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)s Sweet Red Peppers


Bearings 

1.Preheat stove to 400°F. Line a preparing sheet with foil.
2.Cook chorizo, mixing to separate irregularities, until sautéed. Channel abundance fat.
3.Place chorizo and ground meat in blending bowl and consolidate with the onion, cheddar and eggs.
4.Cut peppers down the middle long wise. Scoop out seeds and remove ribs.
5.Fill every pepper with one-quarter of the meat blend. Place on the readied preparing sheet. Heat for 25-30 minutes and serve hot.
