Formula of Egg Fried Rice
Fixings:Basmati Rice - 2 glasses
Eggs - 10
Onions - 2 Spring
Onions - 1 bundle
Beans - 10
Carrot - 2
Capsicum - 2
Cabbage - 100 grams
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tblsp
Green Chillies - 2
Tomato Puree - 2 to 3 tblsp (or as required)
Ajinomoto - 3 tsp (discretionary)
Soy Sauce - 4 tblsp
Salt according to taste
Oil - 3 tblsp
Coriander Leaves - few, slashed
- Weight cook the rice until 1 shriek and evacuate.
- Slash every one of the vegetables finely and keep aside.
- Crush together the green chillies and blend well 2 tblsp water.
- Heat oil in a dish.
- Saute the onions for a moment.
- Include the hacked vegetables one by one and cook for a moment or two.
