Recipe of North Indian Gravy Chicken

Formula of North Indian Gravy Chicken 

Fixings: 

Serves:

500g chicken

3 huge onions, slashed

3 tsp ginger garlic glue

1/2 tsp stew powder

2 tsp ground coriander

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 stick cinnamon

2 dark cardamoms

4-5 cloves

2-3 dark peppercorns

salt to taste

5 tsp oil

water as required

new coriander to decorate

  • Heat oil in a profound pot. Include cleaved onions and broil till brilliant chestnut in shading. Include all the dry fixings and 2 tbsp of water and sear till oil isolates from masala. 
  • Broil couple of times including 2 tbsp of water every time till oil isolates from the masala. At that point include chicken and cook for 25 minutes, then include 125ml of water. Spread the container and cook till chicken is finished. 
  • Turn off the warmth and let it cool. At the point when cooled open the top and on high fire let the abundance water dissipate. Trim with coriander leaves and serve.
