Recipe of Tandoori Chicken

Formula of Tandoori Chicken 

Fixings: 

juice 2 lemons 
4 tsp paprika 
2 red onions, finely cleaved 
16 skinless chicken thighs 
vegetable oil, for brushing. 


For marinade:

300ml Greek yogurt 
substantial piece ginger, ground 
4 garlic clove, squashed 
¾ tsp garam masala 
¾ tsp ground cumin 
½ tsp bean stew powder 
¼ tsp turmeric 

Technique: 

1.Mix the lemon juice with the paprika and red onions in an expansive shallow dish. Slice every chicken thigh three times, then turn them in the juice and put aside for 10 mins.
2.Mix the majority of the marinade fixings together and pour over the chicken. Give everything a decent blend, then cover and chill for no less than 1 hr. This should be possible up to a day ahead of time.
3.Heat the barbecue. Lift the chicken pieces onto a rack over a heating plate. Brush over a little oil and flame broil for 8 mins on every side or until delicately singed and totally cooked through.
