Ingredients:

Apples -2 (peeled and sliced in thin rings)
All purpose flour (maida) - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Oil - to fry

For syrup:

Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
Water - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1/4 teaspoon
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon



Method:

Batter

1. Break down the sugar in 1/4 container warm water, and let it sit for around 5 minutes.

2. Combine the flour and oil.

Syrup
