Amazing Recipe of Cream Tart

Cream tart is a scrumptious sweet formula made with maida and castor sugar. This is a simple to make dessert formula that can be served in pot fortunes and kitty parties.

Cooking time: - 20 minutes 


Serves :- 8 


Fixings: 


1 measure of Flour (Maida)

½ measure of Butter (unsalted)

½ tbsp of Castor Sugar (powdered sugar)

¼ tsp of Baking Powder

Squeeze of salt

3-4 tbsp of Ice Cold Water

Beaten crisp Cream or Vanilla Ice

Cream (for filling)

Coated Cherries to Garnish



Technique: 


- Sieve flour, preparing powder and salt together. Include sugar, margarine and super cold water.

- Knead into delicate firm batter and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

- Roll out the batter about ¼" thick. Cut into little tarts with a scone cutter.

- Press them into little tart molds. Prick them with a fork everywhere.

- Place every one of the tarts on the preparing plate. Heat at 230 Centigrade for 20 minutes.

- Once prepared, put aside to cool.

- Fill them with beaten crisp cream or vanilla frozen yogurt. Best it with cherry. Serve icy.
