Amazing Recipe of Ginger Chicken Masala
A basic and flavorful chicken dish that is best presented with hot, steaming rice. Can be served as a dry dish as well if fancied.
Chicken Legs – 4, skinless (You can likewise utilize chicken bosoms)
Onions – 100 gms, finely hacked
Ginger – 1 tsp, peeled, finely hacked
Red Chili Powder – 1 tblsp
Curry Leaves – few Oil – 100 ml
Salt according to taste
For the masala:
Ginger – 2 tsp, peeled, finely cleaved
Shallots (Sambar Onions) – 2 tsp, finely cleaved
Coconut – 4 tsp, ground
Dark Peppercorns – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 3 to 4 tsp
Saunf – 1 tsp
- Add a little water to the masala fixings and crush to a smooth glue.
- Heat oil in a dish over medium fire.
- Saute the onions for 2 minutes.
- Add the curry leaves and ginger. Decrease fire to low.
